Great food and so many options. I almost always get something different and have yet to find an item I don't like. However I must say it's hard not to get their chili since it is one of my favorite ones around. Service is fast and the people seemed very friendly. If your looking for a deli this is a great choice and you won't be disappointed.

It's just...ehhh. I've given it 2 tries now. Just overpriced and not really anything special. The Reuben was disappointingly not flavorful. That's a hard thing to screw up. Went with coworker who is hooked on the iced tea. That's apparently where they've peaked. Their pickles are amaze and the ranch is homemade, so for that effort they get 2 stars.

This wasn't my first McAlister's trip and overall I would say that this is a solid sandwich location. We did a large carryout order and everything was screwed up; from the bread to the missing chips. The quality of the food was good (try the New Yorker) but they missed a star because of all of the problems we had.

Great lunch options. Everyone can find something they like. The McAlister's Club paired with Chicken Tortilla soup is an unbeatable combination. Much better than other deli options like Panera. You won't be disappointed!

My wife and I had a great lunch here on this rainy Saturday. It's in the heart of suburbia, so let's start there. Located in a small strip mall, it's convenient when you are out running errands, but don't think fast food. It's a well appointed deli/diner with lots of seating. It's family friendly, so expect to see parents with their kids. The food is brought out to you and they also bus the tables.. I wasn't sure if a tip was appropriate as I didn't notice anyone else leave one, especially since you pay first. I am assuming service is built into the cost of the food since it's not necessarily cheap. The menu is pretty extensive featuring custom sandwiches to delectable creations like their Orange Cranberry Club. I'd like to point out their spuds (huge baked potato) as well. I tried the Spud Max which is Black Forest ham, Butterball smoked turkey, applewood smoked bacon, cheddar-jack cheese, green onions and black olives with sour cream on the side. It was great, especially since I haven't had a baked potato in a long time! Yum! They also have some really tasty looking combos with medium-sized potatoes and different soups and sandwiches and salads. Lots of options! I'd also recommend the Colossal Carrot Cake if you are a fan of carrot cake. It has real pieces of carrot, raisins, and nuts. The icing is rich and creamy, yum! If you need more convincing, check out the picture :) The hardest part of going to McAllister's is deciding what to order because there are so many tempting options! So, if you are in the area looking for a fast food alternative, give it a shot and let me know what you think!

I have eaten here many times, and I'm sorry, but I don't get it past the tea. I think the food is mediocre. They recently started serving breakfast so I tried the goetta version and asked for it crispy on two occasions, and it was very soft and not fried crispy at all both times. The iced tea is great! There is a Panera right across the street so you'd think they would be interested in serving yummy food. I have tried several different things on the menu (boss loves the place) and just can't find anything that tastes good. They even had the stones to have a New Orleans style muffuletta on the menu with 'olive salad'. In Ohio. It was atrocious. I don't think they offer that sammich any longer. That is a good thing.

The only thing I have to say after visiting for the first time on 11-11-12, Is if you haven't tried McAlister's yet you have definitely been missing out. Excellent service, food and atmosphere.

I went to McAlister's Deli for the first time on Monday after seeing it right next to my bank for the past 3 months. I thought that the place looked very clean and well kept when I walked in. I was also impressed with the menu and the friendliness of the people who worked there. I ordered the Sicilian Cheese Panini to go and my food came to me quicker then I thought it would. The price was very reasonable and the sandwich was excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some good, quality food at a very nice restaurant.

This is one of my favorite places for lunch. You can get a great and filling lunch, drink + refills for about $10. There is ample parking, which is good because the place gets very busy for lunch every day. Casual. The people taking orders are knowledgeable and friendly. They also have staff that comes around and takes plates away and gets you refills frequently. I highly recommend their peach tea - unsweetened. You can sweeten it to your tastes. It has real peach puree and a peach slice in it. Very good. Their menu is vast. I usually stick with the pick two. The Savannah Salad is great and so is their muffuletta. The tortilla soup is also wonderful, especially when it turns cold. All of their deli meats are good. It is overall great food at a decent price.

Perfect place to go when it's nice outside. Love their patio. And their super friendly staff. And the ambiance is always perfect. LOVE the oldies music. Southwest chicken griller is the way to go!! Spud wise spud olé with the chili. SUPERB filling And the strawberry or mixed berry lemonade is die for *** bonus points. If you work in the area and keep you receipt for the day they give you FREE refills all day. Hello brownie points!!!! ***
